Body Toning Class

BODY TONING

Mondays 9:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.

Iron Lung Fitness currently holds a 50 minute long group “Body Toning” class every Monday at 9:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m as well as Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Class is held at Pilsen's Gym and Fitness Center (1822 S. Bishop, Chicago). This is a full body weight training class mixed with high tempo cardio to create maximum calorie burn!


 

 

Boxing Boot Camp

BOXING BOOTCAMP

Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:30 p.m.

Iron Lung Fitness currently holds an hour long "Boxing Bootcamp" class every Tuesday and Friday at 5:30 p.m. Class is held at Pilsen's Gym and Fitness Center (1822 S. Bishop, Chicago). This total body conditioning class maximizes caloric burn while also serving as an excellent introduction to basic boxing techniques. Designed for both men and women, boxers of all levels are welcome and no experience is necessary.


 

 

Cardio Boxing

CARDIO BOXING

Wednesdays at 8:15 a.m.

Iron Lung Fitness currently holds a 50 minute long group “Cardio Boxing” class every Wednesday morning at Pilsen's Gym and Fitness Center (1822 S. Bishop, Chicago). This is an upbeat, all-body workout designed to get your day started off right!


 

 

Boot Camp

BOOTCAMP

Saturdays at 9:45 a.m.

Iron Lung Fitness currently holds a 45 minute long group “Bootcamp” class every Saturday at 9:45 a.m. Class is held at Pilsen's Gym and Fitness Center (1822 S. Bishop, Chicago). This is an energetic conditioning class that utilizes interval training, body weight training and plyometrics to reach maximum caloric burn while also building strength and stamina.


 

 

Boot Camp
