Jeff Lung

Jeff Lung is a trilingual (English, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese), athletic adventurer who believes that exercise is a true path to self-discovery. He is a seasoned marathoner, ultramarathoner and boxer with a passion for total body fitness. He is a two-time Boston Marathon finisher with a marathon personal best of 3:03 set in Chicago 2012. He ran his first 100-mile race in November of 2014, and six months later was crowned the 2015 Chicago Golden Gloves Boxing Champion (139 lb Masters Division). In addition to steady endurance and strength training, Jeff regularly implements meditation and yoga practice within his own discipline.
